POLICY OF GUARANTEES AND CHANGES
Dear customer, we recommend that you carefully read and take into account the following applicable policies for any change or guarantee.
- Keep a copy of your purchase receipt.
- Discounted products and final sales are final sale not eligible for changes or returns.
- In order to process a refund or product exchange, the product must be in perfect condition with original labels and packaging.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to accident or wear and tear.
PROCEDURE FOR CHANGES
You have 5 business days from receipt of the product to notify the reason for the change request through the contact form found on the website.
Once we receive your request, Marcas Latam will respond within 7 business days. If the request is approved, the customer must send the product to be replaced to the address that we will provided once we respond to your request within 5 days once your request has been accepted. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. It can could take approximately 20 business days to fully process an exchange.
Once the exchange is approved, the customer will receive an electronic voucher/ credit of equal value that can be redeemed through our website within one year from the date of the exchange.
